Proxy Aviation Systems’ CEO to Speak at Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Conference

Presentation will focus on the tactical capabilities of cooperative flight

Germantown, Md. -- October 9, 2007 -- Proxy Aviation Systems, Inc. (www.proxyaviation.com), a company that develops fully autonomous, optionally piloted unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), announced today that its CEO, Don Ryan, will speak at the National Military Intelligence Association’s (NMIA) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs): Platforms, Payloads & Opportunities Conference in Las Vegas on October 11, 2007. Ryan will discuss “Multiple UAVs Working Cooperatively as a Tactical Group.”

The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles conference, the largest UAV-specific event on the West Coast, will be held in Las Vegas at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino from October 10 - 12 and is meant to inform participants of key Department of Defense (DoD) and military organizations’ plans, requirements, initiatives and programs for UAV development. The conference will highlight emerging Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and service UAS missions, needs and initiatives; next generation UAS platforms and capabilities; the latest requirements and solutions in UAV interoperability; new developments for UAV survivability; and emerging technologies and capabilities in UAV power and propulsion.

Ryan’s presentation will focus on the numerous tactical advantages provided through the deployment of multiple UAVs working cooperatively to supply crucial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) data. In addition, it will emphasize the latest advances in UAV technology and its immediate potential for the modern military.
