Patrick Moneymaker, President and Chief Executive Officer

For 30 years, Mr. Moneymaker had an illustrious career in U. S. Navy where he achieved the rank of Rear Admiral. In addition to flying air combat missions in Vietnam, he was Commander of the elite Blue Angels flying team, Commander, Naval Space Command, and a decorated Navy Top Gun flier. Prior to joining Proxy, Mr. Moneymaker served as CEO of two government service firms, Kforce Government Holdings and Ocean Systems Engineering Corp., representing more than 10 years experience in both private and public sectors.

Marc M. Herman, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer

In 2009, Marc M. Herman joined Proxy Aviation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Herman works directly with Proxy Aviation's executive team to manage the firm's strategic financial planning and overall fiscal activities. Mr. Herman has more than 25 years of financial management experience at various defense corporations. Prior to joining Proxy, he served as the CFO of Kforce Government Solutions, a division of Kforce, Inc., where he oversaw the merger of two companies owned by the firm, and managed the acquisition of a third. Previously, he was the CFO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation, now a division of QinetiQ North America, where he supervised the company's sale in 2006. Herman also served as the Director of Finance for Science and Applied Technology, Inc., now a division of Alliant Techsystems, Inc., and as the Vice President of Finance at Areté Associates. Herman received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Dr. Jerry Carbone, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Carbone spent more than 25 years in systems engineering for the defense industry. At Northrop Grumman, he focused on time critical targeting, network centric warfare and mission requirements for unmanned combat aerial systems. He also served as Principal Investigator to the Assistant Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force Studies and Analyses, for a series of projects analyzing weapons systems. His work at Fairchild Defense led the way for the first fully digital, automated mission planning system that was used during Operation Desert Storm.

Ken Grish, Vice President of Programs

Mr. Grish has more than 30 years of experience in program management, systems engineering and software development for a wide range of applications, including military systems for the DoD. He served as Program Manager for data transfer systems on the F16, F22 and B1B aircraft. In addition to his domestic DoD experience, he has worked in the international arena providing avionics systems to France, England and the Middle East. At Fairchild Space and Defense, he was Director of Programs and led the integration of the DTS (Digital Terrain Avoidance System) system on the Mirage 2000 aircraft.

Joanne Williams, Controller

Ms. Williams has more than 10 years of financial management and technology experience at leading companies in the D.C. Metro areas such as Sodexo, Gladhill Furniture, Inc., and PG&E Energy Trading, a division of PG&E Corporation. Earlier at Racal Communications, now Thales Communications, she was a support engineer for the successful completion of the company's TEMPEST testing and reporting for Scope Shield and Pintail equipment. Ms. Williams served in the Air Force for six years, earning the rank of Sergeant.

Dr. Gustavus McLeod, Director of Manufacturing and Chief Pilot

Dr. McLeod had extensive experience in design and manufacturing of composites at Raytheon Submarine Signals Division and Avco Corporation.  He also has over 6800 hours of flying time in single and multi engine aircraft. An aviation pioneer, he has six aviation firsts to his credit including two open cockpit flights to the North Pole. In 2004, he circumnavigated South America and flew to Antarctica in the Firefly composite canard aircraft. Dr. McLeod was on the design team for Firefly and instrumental in adapting the heavy lift-long endurance features to Proxy's SkyRaider. Early in his career, he served in a classified capacity with the Central Intelligence Agency.
