Robert F. Davis, Chief Executive Officer and President
Robert Davis brings 20+ years of leadership experience with Lockheed Martin Corporation and SRA International in managing and growing aerospace and services businesses. He holds an engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a Masters in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Bruce Andrews, Director of Technology
Bruce Andrews has more than 35 years of hands-on experience in system engineering,
electronic equipment development, software engineering, testing and implementation,
and hardware development. This includes applications serving both commercial
and DoD customers. His diverse background has included system engineering of
transit bus tracking systems, software development of mapping and mission
planning systems, and circuit design of point-of-sale cash registers.
He has served in Chief Scientist roles as well as significant leadership roles
as exemplified in his Lead Engineer position directing a 45 strong engineer team during
a seven-year period developing a multi-node satellite communications system.
Michael Meador, Capture Manager and Lead Command Station Operator
Michael Meador has nearly 20 years in the general aviation industry serving commercial and experimental aircraft and their owners. He has applied his experiences in aircraft construction, maintenance and marketing to many new roles within the company. He currently serves as a Capture Manager and the Lead Command Station Operator for Proxy’s autonomous UDMS™ flight and ground control system.
